Hi,
i completed a dumbell set yesterday to point of failure. However, instead of feeling sore directly in my biceps i am feeling it lower down. The point where the front of the elbow is if that makes sense, kind of like the midpoint between my arm. If i bend and stretch my arms i can feel da soreness.
Is this is normal or have i injured/strained somethng?
