Sore arms

Hi,

i completed a dumbell set yesterday to point of failure. However, instead of feeling sore directly in my biceps i am feeling it lower down. The point where the front of the elbow is if that makes sense, kind of like the midpoint between my arm. If i bend and stretch my arms i can feel da soreness.

Is this is normal or have i injured/strained somethng?

a little confused...do you mean the front of your elbow or do you mean the point where your forearm meets your upper arm (on the inside)?
 
It's normal. It's either the MTJ (musculotendinous junction) of the biceps, or maybe you just hit the brachialis especially hard (the brachialis muscle belly is in that area). Either way, you'll be fine and it will go away in a couple days. If it's DOMS, it may take a while.
 
I was doing the reps in a slow manner.

So does that mean, I can continue doing arm/bicep/tricep training and don't have to worry about injuring myself?
