sore & a bit swollen nipples - ?? suggestions please

Listen guys - its no big deal but I get sore and swollen nipples every few days after injecting. I'm on first cycle 250 mg QV test enan x 10. I'm 53 and have fairly large nipples anyway before I started cycle. I'm two weeks in. I just popped a Tamoxifen and am curious - can I do them every other day or twice a week through my cycle, as well as at the end for the three weeks? or how many do you guys suggest through the cycle so as not to overdo it? thanx for any help fellas.

If you are that prone, you should be taking it every single day of your cycle...if it does not work, try arimidex

10mgs per day Tamoxifen.............I'm prone and I'll start the same time as I do juice...........
