you know what was crazy, i got a few pics taken and the ones I did, i just walked right up to them. i guess my timing was on. got one with alicia denson, frank johnson, jay, couple really big powerlifter dudes (just cuz they were so enormous), and the chic who holds the world record for bench press. i watched the powerlifters meet....unreal.
 
you havent missed much, board is a bit slow. Some of us regulars make up faux drama like writers of a soap opera but that's because we are bored. We all conference IM to script it

Same old same old, just training for my own health and well being, not competing at all. ;) I've decided to try the CKD and I am feeling a little grumpy today. Its like being on pms. lol
