Oh, I was here a bit before you.
Then got busy with life, working and training. Not really an online junkie these days, but I was back in the day I guess.
Still its nice to see EF.com still growing.
Same bouncer as from the old AR board?

Hey guys, thanks for the kind words..
Yup, I'm still about but have more or less given up the other BB'ing boards and got busy with life and work as I said earlier.
I'm still lifting of course, but have been 'clean' for about four years now (and not particularly liking it), but I had to get my head straight and the gear wasn't helping there.
For those who remember - I'm still in the military, in fact I just signed up for another few years. I'm contracted for another two, to bring me from 23yrs to 25yrs and I've always said if I get to 25yrs I'll stay on and complete 31yrs!.
So where have I been in the meantime, I've been to Lebanon, Liberia, Kosovo and Bosnia. Thankfully we're not servingin Iraq, so that was a weight off my mind at least.
Oh yea, and at my ripe old age I'm still fighting Judo on the army Judo team
So there ya go.
Wondering where some of the old guard at, Chesty - 3Vandoo - B'mom - Flexed1 - Texasguns - Triple V.
