Okay so I've been using tren for a while now and today I pinned in my quad and got really light headed!

I got light headed, feel really funny in my throat, my hearts beating hard and I thought I was about to pass the fuck out!

This has never happened before, I used a 25G 1 in with 1.5cc tren ace..

WTF JUST HAPPENED????

Ya most likely you passed through a vein and some got in there. I dont think it lasts very long. Maybe a few min. One of the main reasons why I WILL NOT be running tren for a couple more years. The sides and the whole feelin like your gonna have a heart attack shit aint worth it to me right now.

Hope it passed. Stay safe.

PS....DID YOU ASPIRATE BEFORE INJECTING? its a good habit to get into IMO

definitely a vein...I've seen it a few times.. ALWAYS ASPIRATE

If you guys are hitting veins, you are NOT injecting into the proper locations or your are not using long enough needs/ or on the contrary too long of needles. Nurses and doctors admin IM injections all the time. Aspiration is no longer recommended as per current medical literature. Review proper injection sites/techniques, maybe check out some nurses sites related to IM injections.

right...except for someone thats an amateur aspiration is going to be the safest way to go

I've been a medic for 13 yrs...and was an army medic with a CSH 4 yrs....I haven't aspirated anything in probably 12 years (no matter what protocol called for but to be fair almost everything a civilian medic does is IV) but the average jooser doesn't HAVE all of the knowledge and skills they should to avoid a vein (no offense guys) but yeah...looking into proper injection sites is a 100% stellar recommendation

I pin Tren Ace in the quads. The key is to be sure that you DO NOT accidentally move the needle even slightly after you have aspirated. Back in the day I once aspirated then accidentally put pressure on the barrel causing the pin to slide in a couple of mm. Pumped a cc into a vein before the nausea hit me and I pulled it out, not an enjoyable experience to put it mildly. Just remember to watch that after aspirating.

^^^ the mistake guys make is they go in too low on the quads and hit veins. gotta go in the upper outer quadrant of the quads.. you go in too low you hit blood, and you end up with tren cough everytime or that nasty metallic taste in your mouth. thats why with tren i tell guys to go into the pecs, delts or ass (if you can reach it, i sure as hell can't) even if your injection isn't perfect you will rarely hit blood in those spots.

I've been injecting for 20 years, never once aspirated. Why? Because I inject the way doctors do -- in the glutes. (Yes, they also do delts, but that's with a smaller needle).

As for the crazy effects the OP experienced -- hey, it's tren.

It happens, I've felt light headed before, but have never ever gotten the cough. I always, taste it after no matter what though. Or maybe it's just in my head

I always aspirate and never seen blood. I'm too big to get around and pin in the glute. I tried pecs once and my left went great but my right hurt like hell and bruised the size of a half dollar. Not dark just barley visible.

I love pinning quads. I've never had any bad sides on the quads except for when I use sust300 it gets a bit sore, other then that it is gtg.

Really steve, PEC INJECTIONS??? Ill pass. Too damn close to the heart for me. I know what you guys are gonna say, but still. I'd be waiting for like a half hour to see if im gonna have a heart attack.

NPP hitting a vein is a lot like tren cough too. Not fun. I do tren in quads. I've never hit a vein in my quads but I do all the time in my delts. I just make sure to go deep and into the right spot on the outer upper quad (about a hands length down from the hip bone).

Worst inject was from npp hands down. Only have gotten tren cough twice that I can think of.

You must have injected some in a vein.

You guys need to be really careful about injecting into veins. The cough you experience is likely related to the incompatibility of oil with pulmonary vasculature (lung blood vessels). You can potentially give yourself an embolism and kill yourself (think massive stoppage of oxygen to the lungs and heart, massive heart attack, instant death.) Not likely, but within the realm of possibility, be very careful!

Know where you're injecting, like Nelson I never aspirate.

I always measure one hands length down from hip bone and one from knee and pin in that middle area. I normally pin in the vastus lateralis but this time pinned higher on the outside of the rectus femoris.

Both are within the medial range that I measured. I think I went too high on top. I'm just gonna stick to where I normally pin at an keep that sweet spot.
