something im beginning to notice about people who cheat in relationships

It is an individual thing. In many cultures women are socialized to accept that their man is going to cheat because *all men are dogs and their drive is so strong that he just cant help himself*. So the women actually buy their men condoms and just give them to him so they dont bring home some nasty disease. But even in those cultures there are men who are MEN and are above those that feel that they can do whatever the fuck they want because it is socially acceptable.

The only increase in cheating by women is due largely in part to advances in birth control. Funny thing, men have been cheating on women from the dawn of time and most often all she could do was accept it or leave (and go where?). But now that it is going both ways, men are *suddenly* all sensitive about it?

PUH-LEASE.

Cheating/lying/stealing, etc are NOT gender specific character flaws.

No matter how much society tells me that it is either acceptable or not to step out on my man, I just dont roll that way. I also dont judge though, because I know that life doesnt always turn out the way we had planned when we were all young and starry-eyed.

I have been cheated on several times and while it hurt a lot, I got over it. I have also forgiven cheating. Wonder how I can be so generous even though I have NEVER cheated? It's because we all make conscious decisions. My decisions affect my life and I am not too concerned with the decisions of others unless, of course, you are MY husband. Other than that... everyone is free to do what they wish.

Interestingly enough though, in my circle of females we have all been cheated on, yet we have never cheated and we are some pretty old broads. LOL

I've said it a million times...there is a DRAMATIC difference in the behaviors of women from my generation (31) and down.

There is some validity to that.

My ex never appreciated me and at work when some hot young girl thought I was the bomb I ALMOST cheated and it was INCREDIBLE how it made me feel as a man.

She would constantly compliment me, tell me ALL the things a guy want s woman to say and then some and I'd contrast that with what I had waiting for me at home.

I'd go home to an ice cube and think to myself "I had the hottest girl in the office begging me to take her out and her this woman acts as if I don't exist..."

In the end I didn't cheat, BUT we did get divorced and I was on a roll for about 2 years after that.

I can't say I would have been justified to cheat no matter how wrong I was treated, BUT it did justify my saying enough is enough and end the marriage.

a chick can't help who and when she wants to bang, so all you can really do is tell her your feelings and let her see if the issue is medical (like a lot of times the pill shuts down a chick's sex drive). if there's no fixeable reason, may as well break up - it's only gonna get worse when you're married and there's no need to spend your life resenting her all the time

Tell me something, Mr. 20+ year old virgin, what do you know about sex or sexual/long term/committed relationships? You passing judgement on people in situations you have no experience with is right up there with a Catholic priest giving marital advice.
