quad inject with a 20g when i pulled the pin out there was just this big freaking hole that did not close up, some of the oil actually leaked back out i still feel queasy. just thought i would share. and also no one should ever do that to themselves, so if you ever find yourself where the only clean pin you have is 20g DON"T DO IT!!!! seriously, take my advice

The largest I will ever go is 22 1/2 g but I generally stick to 25 g. You can't even feel it go in and it forces you to take your time a little more when injecting.

I use 21g 1-1/2", and don't have any problems.

My knee injections (doc's office) are done with 16g 1-1/2" because of the viscosity of the product being injected... I sit there, talk with the doc... don't really mind.

My first cycle was 18 gauge 1 1/2 inch. two shots a week. I even shot the delts with those suckers. Never again. If it was all I had, I would use it until I got more, but it certainly wouldn't be a regular thing.

I've done 18g, 1 1/2" shots for my first cycle, but only in the glute. It's kinda freaky when you can see right through the pin. One good thing is that there is no problems with clogging!
Now it's 23 g all the way.

I use 25 ga 1.5" pins. You have to push a lot longer to get the gear through, but much less scar tissue. Trust me, if you ever inject every day you'll notice the difference.
