I have an identical bike to what you described and oddly enough I am also in the Florida area, would you like to buy mine for $300?

It has very recently had new tires, new bearings in the wheels, new brake lines with pads, new gear lines, the alum parts that were exposed had been high speed polished, drive gear taken apart bearings replaces, new chain...

It's a bargain
