someone review my cutting diet?

1/2cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2cup oats
5egg whites

meal 2 in school
Turkey Sandwich, (those deli turkey slices)
milk

meal 3 post workout
Protein Shake and Creatine with grape juice

meal 4
chicken breast
oats

meal 5
some kind of protein food

meal 6
same as meal 5

i am like 160lbs but i have a gut i am trying to loose the gut but still try to get some muscle
 
Off hand, I'd say you need to get some good fats in your diet--Omega-3, flax, peanut butter, olive oil. It takes fat to burn fat. Do you plan out your meals in advance?

Are you trying to low-carb--if so, you need way more fat.

Personally, I eat Isocaloric--meaning equal proportions (33% of carbs, fat, protein) and I've lost 15 pounds and dropped my BF 8%. I also jumped my cardio.
 
You do need some essential fatty acids like flax seed oil, canola or olive oil. Try to get over 200gms. of protein a day and about 200gms. of carbs a day, 50-60gms. of fat and about 2500-3000 calories if you are wanting to lose fat. My boyfriend is on a cutting diet right now, weighs 178 and this is what he does and it works
