Someone needs to register at this site and school these losers on weightlifting...

"My friend who is eight days older than me, same height/weight, has been working out for three years and he is a beast, he can bench 190 for a few reps, and his muscles are huge, and he doesn't use any kind of power adder. He is my workout partner, on the bowflex he can do 265"

God help us

LOL at the comment about Mark Mcguire using creatine for his championship season and then losing 18 lbs when coming off it..haha

I'm still trying to get to my second plastic pole on the Bowflex. And I'm doing it without any glutamine.

holy crap!
There is some funny shit on there. At least I didn't see anything about AS use yet. More like "I am 15 and thinking about using creatine". Damn someone on there is maxing out 110 on a bowflex. That's pretty weak.

Wonder how I would fare over there? I would be hero-worshipped beyond imagination. I was already at 230 before ever touching roids.

:bawling::FRlol::bawling::FRlol::bawling: Stop the insanity! ROFLMAO!!

"..and no, don't take creatine, it's all false muscle."

"IMHO, I think you should stay away from the creatine, and just do it naturally, but whatever floats your boat man!"

"You're kidding yourself if you think you need huge muscles at 15... mostly that's just to show off for other guys." - :spit: ummmm "guys" :confused: must be a bunch of :rainbow:s over there

"You don't have enough testosterone at 15 to build muscle anyways."

And the ONLY intelligent response;

"Here is some advice for you. Don't take advice from a car site. It should be obvious by reading some of these posts. Atleast go to a body building message board or better yet, talk to a personal trainer."
