I have not been able to do Legs for over a Month due to an MCL strain in my right Knee.

I have lost 3-4 pounds of M. Mass... Guess where from ?

Do you want this to happen to you ?

LOL thanks guys....i guess :) And for those who gave negative comments....suck my now blood engorged cock!

Had a good workout. First day switching to front squats from regular on the Smith machine (for those of you that keep up there is no squat rack at my gym but I am doing everything I can to get one in there) and it hit my quads like nothing else. When I did lunges I felt it in my outer quads A LOT. Also kept my lower back from tightening up so I could do all my SLDLs. Overall a very successful workout.

I think I have found the one thing that the Smith machine is useful for. I could never do 225 on free weight front squats because I couldn't hold the weight in place...but on Smith machine the movement feels good (unlike reg. squats).

Cool info... I thought I had the only candy ass gym that didn't have a squat rack. I've been having to squat with a slanted Smith machine... not my favorite option. I'll try front squats like this.
