Sorry but I can't see that as being the best of anything.

That is beyond harmless fun.

As a single Father, I can't imagine any good reason for somone to do something like that on a residential street no less.

It takes just a split second for an adult, let alone a small child to turn towards the comotion of what is happenning, and due to this jackhole not being in control of a vehicle get nailed by that truck.
