Somebody Help Me

Alright, it's not that I'm too lazy to do a search. I have been living on the Anabolic Board for the past several months as I have just started my first cycle(one week into it) Anavar Only BTG 40mg ED 8 weeks. My stats are 27yo 182lbs bf17% (I think) the calipers say much less but I don't believe it. Been training on and off for several years.

My goals are a modest 10lb increase in LBM but more importantly an overall shift in body comp.

My problem is I need a diet and I'm a little confused. A simple diet. I hear all this TKD, CKD, etc. I don't care I will eat anything just something that is easy for me to calculate and figure out on the go. Can someone who knows just point me in the "can't go wrong with this one" direction. BTW abs are of critical importance with this diet, I really am trying to get harder/leaner. I have plenty of R-ala(glucorell-r) and I know about supplementing with Creatine.

Well i personally find a CKD the easiest becuz you dont have to really count calories or worry about ratios so much as with a cal deficit diet, Basicly u eat no carbs, period. Hopefully u know what has no carbs and what doesn't. Here is an article about that, it should help you alot http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=132661 . Getting to know what foods have and dont have hidden carbs can be difficult at first but if your careful it should also be easy to overcome. That talks about supplements, diet and just about everything else.

So good luck to you with your training and diet. Rigth now im on a diet with a 50/25/25 ratio which i found about from hansels train hard eat lean feel great post or something, u should see it on the first page of the diet discussion forum.
