Here's my new leg workout I just started today. Tell me what ya'll think. I also have some other lifts that I was going to use but I figured these would be the best.
Squats
SLDL
Calf Raises
Deadlifts
I was thinking of doing lunges or leg extensions in place of the deads, but I thought they were a better lift..more compound movement u know.
