Hey everyone! Its not much, but I hit a few small PR's today. My best on the bench with 315 is 5 reps, this was also my best with 300. Today I hit 300 for 6 reps, the last rep was ugly towards lock-out with one side extended and the other side fighting to come up, I twisted my torso a bit and got it. I didnt end up using the belt for the later sets, didnt seem to help. This was after a good number of sets also, so I still think on a good day I got 8-9 with 300 no problem. I only got 315 for 4.5 reps, just short of 5, today and 320 for 3.5 reps. Not sure if it counts as a true PR since 315x5 is probabally like doing 300x8 haha. But anyway I struggled it out and was happy to break thru something today. Then,under Brutes advice, I did rack lock-outs at the end of my workout. I was burnt out and still managed 425 for 3 reps and 445 for 1 rep, failed 465 today. These were all PR's since Iv never tried rack lock-outs before. ThanX for all the encouragement everyone! you can handle the pain!! as far as doing lockouts are concerned..doing 500 will make 405 feel like a fuckin joke. you'll see what i mean!! tb
