On my fourth week of Test 350, 250 Test E and 150 Test Cyp. Lately i cant fall asleep at all. I lay down and just toss and turn for hours. I have never had this problem this bad while on. NO caffine past 5 oclock either. i have 2 scoops of super pump before gym but that wouldnt keep me up till 4 or 5 in the morning. Good thing im laid off from work or else i would be a zombie all day. Anyone have this problem? Anyone? Anyone?
 
being jobless probably isnt helping things.

after 13hrs work pd then hitting the gym in the evening - nothing keeps me from sleeping. (with any cycle ive done).

i took a trazadone about an hour ago and it does nothing

seroquil is really the only think that knocks me out

i tried taking meletonin for a while....nothin....
 
after being awake for 22 hours, i tend to agree

watch vitamin b intake later in day, melantonin just started last night, liquid sublinguil, it worked very nicely with zma and .5mg xanax, don't even think i needed the xanax last night but didn't wanna wake up 3 hours later and be wide fucking awake. only woke up once.
 
Try GABA = Gamma-aminobutyric acid

Google the word, it's supposed to releave anxiety, give you better sleep and naturally increase HGH production in the body.
 
I can't sleep at night right now either, but it is jet-lag.

I am sleeping, just not at the right time.

Seroquel - I split a 100mg tab into 6. That 1/6th get's me 8 or 9 hours solid sleep and after an hour of waking I feel no residual effect.

in the summer we have an air conditioner in the window and every year when we take it out in the fall i cant get to sleep. at about 3am i realize its way to quiet, go get a fan, turn it on and im out in 2.1 seconds.

This is the best natural sleep aid HANDS DOWN!!! I like to buy it in the powdered form and I take a tsp just before bed. It hits you like a ton of bricks, and the first few times I tried it I wigged out and kept me awake. I have come to love that heavy chested feeling and I now associate that with going to sleep. 3 mg of Melatonin will do the trick too.

you would be suprised bro. that shit can affect your sleep, yes that many hours later. I used to use NO-XPLODE its great for energy but its not worth spendin $30-$40 bucks on it and feeling like shit all the time. I just drink coffee or a sobe adrenaline.
 
I suspect that there is a masked long-acting stim in super pump as it has asprin in it to mediate the methyxanthines--so its a form of an e/c/a stack just w/o pure ephed
