guess i haven't been doing to bad to be training without gear...i did a show in VA June 14 took first in the heavyweight novice and first in the novice overall....didn't cross over but probably should have....the photos were like 2 wks after the show...haven't trained since then kinda got demotivated about the how stage thing..l enjoy lifting but the stage i don't know...
