some shit stole my friend's car

broke into it , and stole his cd player, cell, textbooks , etc. well the fuck face calls my friend back saying hes bought this cell phone, but it doesnt work, so he'll sell the phone back for 50 bucks- the same price he paid for it. but this is obviously a lie. the guy clearly was the theif and is now trying to cell back the phone because the plan was cancled by my friend moments after it got stolen. so the jackass is actually trying to make money off it backto the person he stole it from. guess what! its not gonna happen. were telling him to meet us somewhere, then when the exchange takes place, we're gonna fucking take a bat to his face. stay tuned for updates!

I had a similar situtation but i told the police & they sent a plain clothes cop to witness the transaction and busted him on the spot!

Another vote for telling the cops so they can sting the guy. Remember, you're dealing with a criminal...a weapon is a real possibility. If he's not packing, t he guy will almost surely insist on meeting somewhere public, so he odds of you being able to beat on him without there being witnesses will be nil.
