Huck - Let's not forget to tell this man to take in AT LEAST 25 grams of fiber per day (30-35 grams of fiber would be ideal). When taking high amounts of protein you must consume a lot of fiber to keep GI stress to a minimum. I think bodybuilder's who do not get enough green vegatables and rely heavily of processed foods and bodybuilding supplements most often neglect their intake of fiber which should ALWAYS be supplemented to a degree. Lack of proper fiber intake is one of the most overlooked dietary considerations for most bodybuilders.

BO-DEN may look like Bonds in the face, but that is where the similarity ends. BO-DEN is built much, much better than Bond's 27% bodyfat carrying ass! I know Bonds is jacked and carries a lot of muscle, but he's also pretty damned fat too!
