Some current pics of me...

6'2,195lbs,12-13bf%??? im guessing around, what do you guys think??

4 weeks in a prop 100 mg eod cyc (10 weeker)
Starting var in three days at 50 mg for 5 weeks

Will see if there are some noticible changes with the var. Ill post pics after cycle.

Posted pics in members area, but not many people floating around there....

Side and front delts are very hard to build on me, i go very hard on them!! They just dont like to grow. Any advice???

Could someone post for non platies, not to sure how, or maybe toss me a pm of the process. It be nice to know for the future
 
I would say not bad but you definatly need to do some hevy chest work . concentrate on some qulity inclijne pectoral stuff

Agree Good thing you posted two pics the first pic I would have said you might want to focus also a little more on Your delts and lats but your second pic looked better. Could just be the pose I guess. Maybe more inclined bench for your front delt and chest. But you are doing something right its working good job keep it up!

is upper chest and front delts what i should be concentrating on

Chest muscles don't grow b/c your do incline presses - period. If you have a flat upper peck then no amount of Var or Training will fix it. Just train hard, eat big, and add weight tot he bar weekly - the rest will take care of itself IMO.

I would be reallyinterested in what exercises you do for each bodypart. Start a thread in the Weightlifting forum. THere is a lot of good info on training in there and a lot fo the folks on the AAS board do the muscle mag workouts (which are dog shit).

Just focus on your Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Row, Chin, and Standing Militarys. Train your lifts, not your body parts. Do Bench w/ Military 2x a week, Squat 3x a week and do rows 3x a week - chins and deads I only do 1x per week.

yeah diffenetly know what your saying, all those meat and potatoe exercises toss the muscle on all over. I will be truthfull, i do train bodyparts whick lag which i probably shouldn't---not much of a powerlifter. However, i do push the bar and try to raise weight all the time

diffenetly good advice, ill be looking for your posts in the bodybuilding form and will post my routine. Peeps can suggest changes

The first pic is a bad pose, I think the way your bringing your traps up makes your lats and chest shitty. Back looks solid, I'd say arms are the most needed focus. But you look to have some long fuckin arms, so I'm sure its more difficult for you to put size on them. I also have long arms for my height. from my armpit to the end of my finger is 30'' and my wing span is 73". I'm 5'10" tall.

Most weeks but not always. good job and good luck
