The weight was 210 overhead on a log, 9 reps in 60sec.
Farmers were 210 in each hand
dealfit for reps 400 for 14 reps in one minute

Fuck suston!! Awesome shit! You got huge brother!! You look even bigger then the other pics I saw of you. Whats your bodyweight at? Those are some crazy lifts. Especially the 405x14 in a minute, very impressive. Keep it up brother!!

Thanks everyone- I did place second at the contest, basically it was a close battle with me and the winner. I think he beat me by one point.
B Fold -0 thanks for the compliment, working on my log press form and yes I was holding on for dear life on the dealfit.
You can bounce off the bottom, but the mats were rubber so that didn't help. The judge as nice as she looks is a stickler for full lockouts, she's tough but fair

Needsize-if the arms are getting compliment I wonder what they would look like with direct work,lol. Thanks
D3-are crew has been stepping it up as late we have only a few options: You can quit, you can die or you can overcome!!! We are always trying to outdo each other
Thank bran- I am trying to lean up for next comp maybe 195 @9% or so, but then again who knows
Guldakat-thank bro, farmer is actually my worst event, I can't turn as fast due to short legs, so I am working on speed as of late
