Some new pr's

I haven't been posting any of my PR's lately, but here are some:

squat (parallel) - 305x5

incline benchpress - 225 x 5

deadlift (regular style...) - 315x5 (it was hard as hell, my grip was really really torn after that...i coulnd't squeeze my hands or drive lol)

And I finally have gained some weight, finally in the 200-pound class. (6"3, 18) Hopefully i'll keep gaining some weight, but when I get heavily sick (thank god not in long time) I usually drop like 15 pounds.

I have thrown out my flat bench press, which I did 240 5x5 routine, and now I am working on my incline.
