Wow, again, thanks guys... I am going to keep to my current solid food diet, and try adding 2 or 3 additional protien shakes,(36g protein each) with added aminos, creatine, and fruit/yogurt base. That should provide a lot more fuel to work with, a lot more protien to work with, and add minimal fat/bloat... and of course, as I write this, I just found out they are closing my gym for two freaking weeks to remodel... Nooooo! Back to slinging the weights in the living room and pissing off my neighbors... and so much for keeping a plan consistent... >sigh<
