As hard as he hit me, hardly any damage to the vehicle. Just scrapes on the bumper. I Thought there would be significant damage cause I was hit so hard. I can tell I'm gonna be hurting though. That was a hell of a jolt and my body went forward and head snapped back. My jaw is sore for some reason.

Get checked out by a doc. It might be worth pursuing legally if your medical bills pile up. But since there was hardly any damage to your vehicle probably not.
