Some good leg WARM-UPS

Do you do the type of squats similar to your first exercise?
 
Not sure what you mean by your question. I just do leg extension as kind of a warm up, then 1 or two 2 sets of squats as a warm up, then 2 or 3 work sets of squats as my first excercise.
 
Is doing some bike worthit before the leg session ?
