some good advice if you please

Hello all,
just after some brief advice.
Stats:290 pounds, 6' 4', bf 16-20%.
Currently on 3rd week of 10 weeker.
250mg test weekly, 20-25mg dbol ED (for 1st 4 weeks only).
Have clomid and proviron but have been told just to use the clomid post cycle if at all and forget the proviron.
What would you guys do?

proviron should be used throughout the entire cycle at 50mg a day. it will harden you up, and free up testesterone. it is an anti-estrogen but at your doses i doubt you should experience harsh estrogen related sides.
