1. Test takes 4 weeks to kick in- I can feel test enanthate working in days. Im not saying Im blowing up, all kinds of massive and shit, Im just saying I notice increased erections and better pumps.
2. You need a fancy PCT regimen- Nothing works better than 3 weeks of HCG with nolvadex followed by another 3 weeks of clomid. Clenbuterul can be used also. And you dont need to time all this stuff just perfect. Just start it at the end of your cycle. Being all concerned about which day is a waste of time. This whole PCT craze is just a bunch of people trying to reinvent the wheel and adding in there own fancy crap , and thats all its really worth, crap.
3. Split your dbol dose into 4 times a day- You really think Ronnie Coleman is concerned about this? Just get it in you. Dont matter when, your just splitting hairs.
4. Dbol only cycles are a waste and for pussys- Hey, if you dont want to use needles, I dont blame you. Hell, I said the same thing myself ages ago. Anyway, I made great gains and kept most of them on just dbol. I just lost some water. Of course everyone is different and you may lose more.
5. What gear is good for retaining gains- This one makes me nuts. Listen, you will only maintain what your body is naturally able to maintain. If your genetic allow you to keep 250lbs of musle than thats what you will keep. If your only able to keep 200lbs than that is what you will keep. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!.......Sure some steroids cause you to crash harder and this can lead to losing gains, but in the end your only gonna keep what you naturally can and no steroid creates some MAGICAL muscle that is more easily retained. Also, if your still not close too your genetic potential then you will continue to keep most of your gains as long as you keep you lifting, rest, and diet in check
6. Anavar is safe- Ok, thats total bullshit. Anavar put my hdl in the toilet quicker than a sea gulls digestive system. Not to mention destroyed my joints. But if your intent on using anavar use it with some creatine to help the joints.
7. Primobolan is the best steroid- Another total bullshit claim. Its pure garbage and way overpriced. Remember the pricey juice is pricey because there is less androgenic properties, thus less bloat, but with todays anti e's bloat has never been easier to control. A low dose of test with a mild low dose of arimidex is a much better choice for gains and much easier on the wallet. THE ONLY BENEFIT OF PRIMO IS IN A CALORIE RESTRICTED DIET. Thats why it was popular back in the day. Arnold and Franco didnt have aromatase inhibitors and had to watch that shit a little more closely.
8. IGF for musle gains- I still havent seen the photos of members blowing up on this shit so Im still not buying it. Remember we have board members in this community who blew up off bogus Tweak labs gear. The mind and placebo is a very powerful and confusing thing. Just watch what you read and take it with a grain of salt.
9. NPP and Oral Tbol- Ok why? Again, more people trying to reinvent the wheel. Nothing beats Test, deca and dbol for bulking, followed by some winny to help progesterone sides from the deca. And again the gold standard for cutting is fina, prop and winny. If you gonna do a show then add some halo. Again, nothing fancy just basic stuff. I guess boring stuff. But, being we have the internet were always trying to come up with something better. I just think we lose a little site of the basics and what really works. NOT TO MENTION ALOT OF SUPPOSED GURUS WHO DO MORE TYPING THAN WORKING OUT. Just dont complicate this stuff is all Im saying. DIET, HEAVY LIFTING AND RESTING. Throw in some Test, deca and dbol and your good. If you need to replace the deca, do it with EQ.
