strict barbell rows 177 for ten sets of six, variety of grips; less than sixty seconds between sets.

pull ups bw, two sets, not a whole lotta reps on these

snatch grip rows, 117, two sets to failure, about 15 reps each

mrp and some g-plenish. hopefully not too sore tommorrow


next back workout, rack deads and a whole lotta pullups

just double up on the dosage tonight of GPLENISH, and and have some tommorrow morning, and you should be just fine
