Some advise

For the past year I have lost 80 pounds . Was weighing 300 now I am down to 222 which is great. I have cut all sodas out of my diet, ate better, started running and working out but my problem is stomach area. I have a friend who is really into body building and suggested me taking winstroll. I have never used a steroid before and read the side affects. I plan on using the injection since has less damage on your liver. My goal is to get to 200 or below and from what he is saying is the best out there for me to take. Is this correct ? Also He was saying a 8 week cycle and doing a pyramid with it. Was wondering if you guys could offer some advise as to whats out there and what would be best for me to get past this 20+ pound hump.

Winstrol is not a substitute for a diet or training regiment, and it's only going to help you retain muscle mass, not shed bodyfat. I suggest you start with something simple like a clen cycle before jumping into steroids.

dont waste time on winstrol...

post up your diet and let me see if i see anythign that could be hindering your last weight...

when your extremely overwight its easy to drop weight fast...when it comes to the last of it is when the diet needs to be spot on for you to see results...

once we go over the diet we can work form there cycle wise

Dont have a set diet per say. I have taken out all cokes and 99% of what I drink is water, lemonade or koolaide. I eat twice a day breafkast and a diner. Nothing special just what i make for me and my kids. I cut out all junk food,

For breakfast usually 1 egg taco and for dinner meat,potatoes, and a vegg. I just cut my portions down on everything except meat.
 
You honestly should eat approx 3 times more a day....


You need to stimulate your metabolism...

If you slash cals too drastically, for too long, you end up "skinny fat," or, higher bf with little muscle....


But congrats on your drop in weight...

I also wouldn't do clen just yet bro..see what a good solid diet will do for recomposition first.


I forget the equation, but you need to calculate your lean body mass, and then figure out your total calorie intake for each day, and plan your 5-6 meals accordingly.

I personally find keto diets work best at staving off hunger pains....


And yea, don't even entertain the idea of steroids at this point. You'll be highly dissapointed. Your buddy, unfortunately, isn't giving you sound advice.

I eat/drink a shake about 8 times a day to lose fat.
See what works for you though, might need a bit less.

After that much weight loss your going to hit walls a few times. Keep switching up the way you eat and train.

As far as my stats go what exactly are you asking.

I assuming you are asking height and such

waist is a 36.

I have strength and my arms and legs are fine . It is just that area around the stomach. The sides more than anything else. I do lift weights 4 times a week rougly hour to hour and half a day. On my off days is when i work my stomach area.

Stomach workout
3x50 stomach crunches slow
100 what I call twist ( stand up and turn side to side slowly with 25 pound weight)
3x50 bicycle crunches
3x50 leg flutters

and also started running.

Hope this gives you a better idea of what i do. I do have shakes, that i drink 1 a day in morning but have stopped cuz i didnt want to overdue it.

your diet is aweful man...thats yrou problem...you def odnt need steroids you need to take a trip to the nutrition forum...you can do 1000 crunches and that isnt gonna do a thing for your stomach..instead of doing your stomach routine do another dya of cardio

Ok I will do that. Id there a certain kind of shakes that would help, also I know that ever diet is diff for everbody but would be a good recom.
 
what's an egg taco? doesn't sounds too good for u,lol.

eggs in the am with some oatmeal
sandwich with 10-12oz of meat for lunch, bread has to be multigrain/ whole wheat
snack of another sandwich with meat, nuts
gym- PWO shake
dinner, meat (10-16oz) and a salad with olive oil for dressing, balsamic vinegar for flavor

thats about 250 grams of protein, 150 grams of carbs , and 50-60 grams of fats, roughly that might be a little low, but its better than what you have right now.
