Some advice, please

Hi, Im facing this problem:
I want gain volume in my chest, back and shoulders. For that I need a lot of strength in my biceps and triceps, but I dont want them to grow bigger than they are.
What kind of exercises do you recomend me for my arms to make them strong, and what type of routine do you think its appropiate for my back, chest and shoulders?

Im a male, 27, 55kg.
I take aminoacids and a small serve of creatine post workout.

I'm sorry, but there is no way to target certain body parts to gain or lose weight. Heavy presses are going to gain chest and shoulder size. For your back I would do pull ups, and lots of rows. All these will add to your arm size, there is no way around that.
 
Big said it. The only thing would be if you used to do a lot of isolation movements and never anything really compound, then starting some compound lifts may cause back and chest growth to excel a bit. This wouldn't last long, though.
 
Welcome to the boards brother!! Your goals seem to work against eachother. Any reason for wanting to limit growth in your arms and increase your chest? Why not got for overall growth and size?

Well Tom, its not about proportions, and, on the other hand, it is indeed.
The thing is that my goal is not to get as big as I can, just to have the body I desire.
My arms have the size I want, but not my chest nor my back yet.
Ill continue training and Ill shall see.

The back and chest size will come if you train them hard. I would reccomend that you train all your muscles hard however, including arms, to reach this goal. Its not like your arms are going to get freakishly large overnight, it takes years of hard training. Aside from that, if you managed to build your back and chest up a good deal without increasing arm size, then your arms would have a much smaller apperence in comparison to your chest and back.Id train everything hard. Hope that helps

When you say that I have to train my chest and back hard, what do you mean exactly?
Do I have to make like a lot of diferents excercises in the same routine, train them as many times as I can per week, exaust the muscles, go for the 5x5 (that I dont understand really) ...
What is your advice?
