Bro, I don't post numbers because I honestly don't believe in it. It takes away, to me, from the intent of what we are really doing - doing our personal best.

I worked with the girls from my daughter's high school today. They are now working with 65 lbs on the bench press... and one of them got it for 7 reps. Nothing that I lift overshadows the pride that that girl felt when she set "the record" today.

He's a little more modest than I am when it comes to that. 10 45's on each side for me with knee wraps and going all the way down, not half way. There's another guy in my gym who can load it up all the way and stack them on the bar on top. I think 24 plates in all. He's 5'9" and 260lbs.

totally non-related to sofa george's strength...i don't put much stock in what 99% of people say in regards to how many plates they do on leg press. the tards that come on the board and claim they hit 22 plates for whatever reps are the guys who don't even clear the lockout pins when they lower it. knees to chest is a respectable leg press and everything else is quarter squat material.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I have dumbasses tell me all the time about their great numbers on different lifts. Then when you show them proper form and full range of motion (ROM) ... suddenly they can't lift sh-t.

If you don't come down to the safety pins on leg press it isn't a ROM rep... it isn't even a rep.
