So you want to lose weight…

So, you want to lose weight… for whatever the reason may be and you need help… well, you’ve come to the right place… In this post I will explain a few simple ways to lose weight in a safe and effective manner…

The first thing to understand when wanting to lose weight is the simple “law of thermogenics.” The law of thermogenics states that “to lose weight, you need to consume less calories than burned.” So, it’s very simple… burn more calories than you consume and you will have success at losing weight…

Or is it that simple? To me, that’s a base for it but not necessarily always true… You could eat terrible foods on a daily basis and still burn more “calories” than eaten but not necessarily lose weight… The law is a start and a basis for what you need but that is not all of it by any means…

You obviously need to start with your diet… I am not going to get into diet in this post because I would type for a year and still not be done… So I am going to talk about a few supplements that can be of huge help in your quest to lose weight…

My recommendation: There are thousands of different companies, advertisements, etc… that claim they have the magic pill or something guranteed to lose weight… So how do you pick what to take out of all these claims? Its simple… there are some that simply stand out amongst the rest, that have success rates in the 90% area… That is what I will recommend… what I know works…

I prefer to run a stack for weight loss as it covers more area so I will start with a few stacking ideas and then give recommendations for stand alones as well…

There has been a tremendously high success rate from users of the NTBM Shred Stack. I would also highly recommend running a pre workout, such as N2Amp alongside this stack… Take it before you workout and it will give you a nice increase in metabolism, thus helping you burn off fat at a more rapid pace!


This is a comprehensive stack designed to cover all your bases with accomplishing your weight loss goals… Now, if you are afraid of stacks and want to run a stand alone, there are two to me that stand out amongst the rest… N2Burn would be my first recommendation as a stand alone… N2-burn

Either one of these as a stand alone would be successful as well but I truly feel that stack would bring better and quicker results…


Now, you’ve got your diet and your supplements… That leaves us to your training… Now, it should be obvious that cardio is going to be necessary when it comes to weight loss… This is a no brainer… I believe that mixing in a nice endurance session followed by a HIIT session (high intensity interval training) will produce desired results… Also, when lifting, it will be much more beneficial to do higher reps at a lower weight and to also have minimal rest (roughly 30 seconds) in between each set… It will also be beneficial to train with stability exercises… example: lifting while seated on a stability ball or standing on a bosu ball… this will help your core stability and help you to utilize more areas of the body while training…

but i've been doing eating Paleo style and getting great results and since i cook, she's been getting double dosed..

And thats great if it works for you but this post was not intended to have a diet debate... It was to give sone guidance for the all ariund while using supps as well... Im sure your great experience would be appreciated in the diet forum...

I will definitely run the shred stack again...currently using Forged Burner with the rest of my N2 Flame and Stim...nice combo as well! Doing IF at moment as well...ha!

Fuck it, amphetamines is #2.

Very true statement...but some supps help get us there a little quicker, such as your amphetamines...Forged Burner is making me sweat like a pig at the moment, good stuff!

unless you are competing or your goals are really ambitious then you don't need anything if your diet is spot on, but too many people aren't willing to give up beer or ice cream cause as they put it 'gotta enjoy life' which is a COPOUT

no reason for guys to be messing with T3 or clen if they don't plan on going on stage, leave those to the pro's. if you want to run something listen to dylan and go with an appetite suppressor like forged burner. however keep in mind when you come off of that you are gonna have to control your appetite on your own so might as well start now

Calories in - Calories out folks. Keep it simple and keep the foods clean and time your macros according to your training. Do you're cardio and lift hard.

totally agree... if you REALLY want to achieve something, you will control your diet and you will bust your a$$ to get your goals...

these are just shown here to help to enhance your abilities or to get you past a plateau that we all at some point reach... you need to have everything else in order first before you even consider starting any supplement... once the barrier needs broken, then you utilize them...

also... LISTEN TO STEVE about the t3 or clen... they are not something to mess with if you are not fully aware of everything about them plus not necessary unless, as he said, you are going on stage... be smart and work hard and you can accomplish your goals...
 
Sorry guys just noticed you had replied to my post. I know this may sound sac religious. I usually run gear to help my recovery, get strong, and lean out. I really don't try to gain weight. I agree 110% 2 keep work outs intensity up as high if not higher. I am def curious why not to cut during pct. I'm def still learning so if I'm doing something wrong I appreciate the help. Thanks bros
 
Dylan. I'm running 500sust/wk, 500mast/wk, 600primo/wk for 15wks kicking off with 40mg anavar daily for wks 1-4. 500iu hcg wk 3-15. Pct-clomid 100 mg day 1&2 75mg 3,4&5 50 mg 6&7 and then 50/50/25. Forma stanazole, post cycle& unleashed, hcgen and I have aromasin on hand if needed. I'm 30 5'10 210 about 12% bf prob my 6th cycle. 1st time with this combo together. I've ran all of it before separately. I'm pretty excited about. Please let me know how to fix it if you see holes in it. Immediately after pct I was gonna run that cut stack with bridge zma & dhea. Please critique

man i keep preaching I.F. to all my fellow employees at work. This diet help me lose 38lbs without doing any cardio either. I just workout hard as hell in the gym. This is a life stye for me now and i manage to keep all the weight off and im still losing bodyfat. Im not cycling anything right now but when i reach my goal of 200lbs i will run anavar with hcgenerate.

Great thread! Can you go into detail about your workouts? do you use %'s of your max for sets.. did you just kinda guess at first and find a sweet spot? Just looking for somewhere to start. I have been on a low rep kick for a LONG time and I think I will get a nice boost from switching up to high reps Im just not sure where to start based on my maxes?

also what is 'high rep' for you ? 10/15/25/???

also... sorry to bug you.. but how many sets do you do per muscle group w/ this set up.

i would change the sust to prop... your clomid dosing is too high... 25/12.5/12.5/12.5... you can run your hcgenerate on cycle... everything else looks pretty good... you could probably run your anavar a bit longer but i like everything else bro...

Bro you are never bugging me, ever... So don't ever say that again! =)

As your increase to lower weight and higher reps you will notice more fat loss and a more defining of muscles... you may not get as much muscle growth but it still has great benefit... more muscular endurance as well, which is very important..

When I do this type of training I do the 3 sets of 12-15 routine on each exercise... I do 5 exercises per muscles and do 2 muscles per day... so say monday and thursday I may do chest and biceps... tuesday and friday i may do shoulders and traps and wednesday and saturday back and triceps... this is just an example... i rotate body parts that are worked together every 6-8 weeks...

So I am doing 10 sets of 3 per workout...

percent wise, you normally either go until failure or I would say about 60-70% of your max...

this is the stability level of training... it will also be good to incorporate these lifts using a stability ball or bosu ball... this is great for working your core at the same time as your lifts and it will aid with fat loss and cutting up...

Run the anavar at the end at 50mg or higher. The Sus is fine for a 15 week cycle with the primo and mast. 15 weeks of prop would be rough.

Spot on right there. Intermittent fasting has been very nice to me too.

Calabrese is the kind of Italian I am... My family is from Calabria... Southern Region of Italy... So I am under the assumption that since his screen name says Calabrese that he is too...
