That sux, but I too am fron Canada so we celebrated sunday...but if it makes you feel better, they cancelled our fire works because of the wind. It was 8 degrees celcius!

LMAO@slice of peach...............you're a sweetie you know that? and yeah, I'm getting holiday pay, but every major holiday this year has landed on my work days
at least I got off at 11:00 on new years. But on the bright side, I'm about to bust out my little grill and grill me up a steak!!!

I had off, but my boss needed me to do him a favor and make one delivery in the morning. I was home by 9:00 am and pissed the day away.

My dad has to work though. He works for the FAA, so it doesn't matter what holiday it is, they're always going.
