That post made me feel a lot better, cause on some other post someone was saying how they need fat to burn fat and i believe that but i also think that it should be limited. I usually eat some dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt with oatmeal in it, celery, carrots, sugar snap peas, peatnut butter on rice cakes and some fruit...plus i drink about 2 gallons of water a day...i had to work that up from one gallon and then i got to 2....then maybe some fish and salad or chicken and salad for dinner...i try to stay away from pastas....its working well, i feel great! And i work out everyday...i see improvements, my clothes are all too big for me now and i had to get new shorts for the summer!
