so what do you guys think i should do

i usually do this for triceps

4 sets of clsoe grip bench
4 sets of skull crushers
4 sets dips...


sometime i reverse the order

i was thinking about adding smith machine reverse bench presses. how do you guys think this targets the muscle?? good or bad?? and is this good for mass...i am thinking of this to change up the routine a little

General rule of thumb is three excercises for large muscle groups (back, chest) and two for smaller (arms, shoulders). So if you want mass, I'd do two tri excercises only and up your weight. Go 10,8,6 reps.
