So today was my last injection of Test E...Conclusion and a Question

Ive been doing Test E for 10 weeks, along with anavar and hcg that I both added around mid week 4.

My diet was very clean and high in protein. Consisted of around 2000-2500 calories a day. Despite that calorie intake was fairly low, my weight did manage to bump up from 177 lbs to 202 lbs. half of it has to do with bloating, because my friends noticed that my face turned chubby. I could had prevented it by taking AI's but I decided not to since bloating helped me lift more. In terms of side effects, other than bloating and mild case of acne, I did not experience any. If I was to brag about my cycle, I would definitely brag about how insane my aggression, recovery, and energy levels were. For this reason, I worked out 6 times a week for 3 hours a day when before I used to do it 3 times a week 1-2 hours a day. I also experienced 30% increase in strength, and slight increase in sex drive(not significant enough like others told me it would).

In conclusion, I can't say I am too impressed with my gains, but I can say that I am "impressed" enough to start another cycle around May.

Now one last question, I have 60 pills of Nolva by geneza and Activate Xtreme that was lying on my shelf. Can I use them both solo to recover from my cycle?
 
You're not impressed with your gains cuz working out for 3 hours and day for 6 days a week means your over training, which is counterproductive ...

2ndly, really not smart to be asking about PCT now. What if what you had wasn't the right way to go. Have PCT on hand when you start again in May..

GP has great Nolva but you need to ALWAYS run a liver support such as Need2Guard. No sense in half-assing something, IMO
 
you over trained WAY to much, if you would have cut your routine in half you would have gotten much more outta it.
 
202 pounds and 2500 cals a day. Seriously grab the book Power Nutrition and learn. You can not grow on that if your taking a whole pharmacy. I used to hate when I would post on intense training back in the day and they would say it's your diet. But guess what they were right. You should have gone for 3500 to 4000 cals on that. Working out that much maybe even 5000(this is probably overkill).

Next time really research the diet and get in in tune and bet you will amaze yourself. Ask anyone here the most anabolic substance is diet.
