you only diet if you're trying to lose weight.
and all you have to do is use steroids and you'll become huge. no lifting required. however, if you DO lift and you are making progress, you are definetly using steroids.
steroids aren't worth using though, because they make your balls shrink and you get roid rage and end up in jail for assaulting your gf/wife.
