On one of my babysitting jobs, I put a kid to bed and then went to go check on him and blood was EVERYWHERE. He was still lying in the bed with his eyes shut and there was blood all over the kid, on the sheets, the pillows, EVERYWHERE. I FREAKED. Then, I figured out he had just gotten a really bad nose bleed in his sleep. God, imagine walking in to a room with an unconscious kid and blood everywhere.

My third daughter was like this. She would get the WORST nosebleeds for yeeeeears.... goodness, I still remember the day of her Christening party: we were expecting a housefull of guests in two hours and there I was with her sitting on the kitchen floor in a pool of blood - not fun.
