Everyone gets into a slump sooner or later. Don't beat yourself up over it. The first step is to focus on others.

Now then, plan on doing something for others. I like helping kids as they don't have any control over their situation. Read to a classroom, volunteer at a boys & girls club, ect. Look at was is going right. Read the book " What to say when you talk to yourself" ( my sis recommended it to my wife).
