I actually think AIFM is a very good product. I know it's almost like taboo to speak of it now but at one time it was a favorite of this board and a lot of people bought it.

Some people like to use both dermacrine sustain and clomid/or nolva. Keep it light though 20-40mg ed.

Some guys who want a little extra insurance use a little clomid or nolva with the Sustain. I don’t really think there is any need for this unless you are coming off an extremely long and suppressive cycle and have no access to hCG... then you will need all the help you can get.

i used 20 mg/day nolv for just the first 2 weeks with the sustain just finished the bottle today. i know it sounds irrational but the few people who knew i was on think im still on so something must have worked. maybe ill post some post cylce pics.

I don’t really think there is any need for this unless you are coming off an extremely long and suppressive cycle and have no access to HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - ... then you will need all the help you can get.

Because of the length Id say that is a fairly suppressive cycle. Did you run any hCG during the cycle?
