I started it on the PS3 but haven't really picked it back up in a couple weeks. Its good, I'm just weird like that with games. I'm all about my Wii right now.

Love it. I'm about 40% of the way through and it just keeps getting better and better. Even the plot is good.
I like free targeting because you can actually do head shots, but it's challenging.

I'm about 50% complete and that took over 30 hours. I probably still have another 5 or so hours just to get through the main story. If you liked any of the other GTA's you'll never get tired of this one. If you haven't played any before you'll either love it or hate it. It's a little overhyped but once you get used to the controls it's one of the best games available.

Xbox 360 version has exclusive content in the fall that MS paid $50 million for but the PS3 version runs a little better. Plus they're getting some exclusive content of their own I think when Home is released. They didn't pay 50 mil for it though so it probably won't be nearly as much. How anyone couldn't be satisfied with what's in the game already though is probably obsessed. There's probably more content in this game than any of the Final Fantasies.

i don't think people truly understand how brilliant of a job they did on this game or how detailed it is.
it really hits home with so many aspects of NYC. the radio stations, the DJs. even the heavy concentration of certain ethniticies in different areas
i cracked up when the stuck up rich New york city wannabe socialite you can bang goes "Wow...that crowd was so B&T" after taking her to a club. most people won't get that

I think I'm gonna go pick up Grid today. Looks fun and not overly complicated with modifications like most racing games. From what I've read the PS3 version is the way to go, the 360 peeps have had many complaints about frame rates and other issues. Usually its the other way around.

You may or may not have heard about the controversy surrounding GameTrailers' GRID console comparison video which has been floating around the net for the last few days. For those of you who have no idea what we're talking about, here are the cliffs notes: GameTrailers released a comparison video showcasing the difference between the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions. Strangely the video only showed PS3 footage and, as a result, people made a lot of noise about GameTrailers being biased towards the 360.
Shane Satterfield has participated in an interview with Joystiq to set things straight. He states that the video showing PS3 footage as Xbox 360 footage was "a mistake" and that "some of the footage of the PlayStation 3 version of the game was incorrectly placed in the bin for the Xbox 360 footage." Satterfield states that there is no bias and that they haven't had any advertising from Microsoft for two years. Check out the full interview for more details.

It's Microsoft's main advantage this gen...favoritism by people who are supposed to be unbiased. There are a few offenders. I'm waiting to see what Gametrailer's/Gamespot's reviews of MGS 4 will be. Most (even reviewers who were admittedly tired of the series) have called it genius in a number of instances.

Man if killzone 2 sucks its going to kill the ps3 i mean its hyped up so much.. Look at haze that game was supposed to be awesome and it sucked ass..
