And six months for simply possession? WTF??? Was that your first offense? You must have had some priors because that is harsh for first offenders. I mean, I personally know a friend that was popped with 12 kits GH, 10 bottles Delystrtest (or whatever the pharmacy name is), 3000 vicoden tablets, 1000 valium tabs, 300 (ten bottles) of viagra and 2000 nolvadex tabs. His charges were possession, intent, false name, false address, resisting arrest. And he only got 5 years probation, 200 hours community service and a $2000 fine. Once he paid his fine, he only checked in for probation by phone the rest of the time.

On a side note, I posted about this a couple years ago when it happened, but a guy from the gym got busted with 7 amps of sust in his fanny pack.

He admitted they were for his own use.

He was given 2 years probation, 200 hours community service, $1100 fine, and then.... he had to submit for drug testing once a week (alcohol and recs) the first year, make physical appearances to his probation officer every month, attend Narcotics Anonymous for 120 meetings (took 60 weeks at 2x weekly). If he had said they were for sale, they would have fined him an extra $250 and he got the same sentence of 2 years probation, 200 hours community service, but he would NOT have had to do all the NA meetings and drug testings. Sometimes it pays to not admitting they are for personal use.

The owner of Cybergenice (the original one) actually passed away relatively recently. Scott Chinery, of Toms River, NJ. Franco Santoriello, the old (primary) spokes model became a born again Christian.
