Mixing up Corn's routine a tad and adding some exercises:

MONDAY

Deads: 5x3
M.Presses: 5x3
Squats: 1x20
Calves: 2x20
Curls: 5x20
V bar pushdowns: 5x5

WEDNESDAY

Squats: 1x20
Extensions: 5x5
Bench: 5x5
Calves: 2x20

FRIDAY

S. bar row: 5x5
Shrugs: 5x5
Close grip bench or dips: 5x5
Curls: 5x5
Calves: 2x20

Why such a mix&match routine?

I'll cut the calves to mon and fri.

is doin 1 set of 20 twice a week too much? i'm only doing heavy extensions 1 a week.

it's the routine a few pple tried that cornholio praises.......figure i'd switch up my training for a few months and pack on some mass and strength.

You should always mix up your workout but you should know that the squats will probably make you very sore.

Worth trying but listen to your body and adjust accordingly.

Pushdowns on M on will affect bench on Wednesday

YOu don't need to do tri 3x per week - your bench and military will go no where....

Do shurgs, biceps and chest everyday... let everything else go... get really skinny legs, have 20" arms 60" chest and 10" calves and 15" theighs...
