My friend's mother just earned her black belt in her 60's.

It's knot the most effective martial art, but it's something you can participate in for most of your life.

yeah thats what Im thinking. Im 65 so I dont have many other options.

tae kwon do is kool....theres a dojo down the road from my house...I can hear em ahhh "hiiiiieeeeya" over here some nights
