I dont know what it is. I feel so damn tired. I am sore all over I just did a rest thing like 2 weeks ago. It was the weekend which I always rest on. PLus MON and TUES. I feel so fucking sore and tired. Mentally and physically. Does anyone know any tips to get back to normal. please :(

i dont want some product for a fix man I just want to repair. Should I rest or something? I dont know what the fuck to do I hate to rest I feel useless if I rest
 
Just feel useless then. It's apparent you do need a rest physically and mentally. Cool down there big man and let your body catch up to all the physical punishment you been throwing at it.
 
I felt the same way around wk 6 my first cycle. Your body is being put through alot that it never has been before. Many people put on 25-30lbs in 10wks their first cycle, that's bound to cause your body to tire a bit. Give your body time to adjust.

Take two weeks off and do a physical and mental reboot. Don't go anywhere near a gym. We push ourselves so much that our bodies and minds need a periodic break. Believe me, this works. After two weeks, you'll feel so much better, you'll be more enthusiastic than ever. Ask the pros. Even they need this once in a while. Heals nagging injuries and refreshes the mind. Good luck Bro.

Relax little feller. You sound like a overtrained 19 yr old on roids. Take a little break.
 
i am overtrained I didnt think it was possible on AAS but I guess it is. I hate to take breaks but I will =)
 
You need physical rest. More importantly you need emotional rest. Everytime you let yourself get pissed off and worked up about something it stimulates your (CNS) central nervous system. Your CNS needs rest too.

ahhh, good point. your body is catching hell from both sides, the physical and the mental aspect, pb. i'm not telling you anything that you don't know already , but you've got to find some way to get rid of that anger while you're out of the ring.
 
I used to do 2hrs a day training in muay thai and lifting.. takes a lot outta you.. but it makes u so much stronger after a while.. Dont let that shit get in ur head.. I thk u just need a week of rest, I bet you dont wanna wait 2 weeks ..that would kill me ..I bet if you just slept for 2 days straight Ud be good to go. tiger balm ur muscle and hit that shit again.. Shit all that trainning man, props to you.. gets addicting hey .?! Just dont let that shit get in your head.....

I don't know if you your calorie intake is low, but whenever I diet (lower carbs & fat) I feel the same way.

Also, try splitting up your boxing and weight training on seperate days. I know when I train (Muay Tai 2-3X/week) ) I get severely depleted and exausted, wheather ON or OFF.
That's why I wont do heavy workouts on the days that I fight/train too exhausting.

I agree with Dr.k on this one. You should take some time off from training for at least 1-2 weeks and then switch up your training. Going all those hours in the gym catches up with you and then you end up just like you feel right now. Just a suggestion, but I would consider going all out with either the bodybuilding or MMA. Which one do you really want to excell in? Go with that one all out and use the other to help out.
 
no its not i think i am the best i know im not i know i can be though in time. i am learning so much I am a quick learner for real I learn so much quick. And I have fought before. with and without gloves. Boxing is alot easier than all out fighting because people can slam you you have to incorparte wrestling into it and make it a habit of both. I like the boxing because I am so much moer coordinated. My full body is so much more coordinated i have good agility and endurance I do the weight training for strength and its nice to make your body look good to. Everyone does it for some kind of look for real if its a powerlifter i hear they are pigs and eat w/e they want and tons of it. thats garbage. they only care what it looks like wiht shirt on. Hey guys u guys ever see the WORLDS STRONGEST MAN comps on fucking Spike and shit or ESPN. Do those guys juice? I know they juice and bump sponsers and people think its that supplement. you motherfuckers think I am a trainwreck or something? No I am mentally stable its when I go on here and some fuckbag writes something rude when I have tried to be nice then I will write some mean shit back. Fuck the sarcasm I am sick of it. So I will snap and I see people do it to others and ASSUME shit. Soemtimes its ok to do it because the person did something fucking stupid like said a source. Or a really dumb converstaion. Man I do not want to rest. I went out smoked some bud yeah I smoke if I rest . I am telling you it relaxes all your muscles. But it hypes me up but it feels good to me arnold did it too. I feel on AAS you cant overtrain you can just UNDER EAT. I get all clean cals man. I dont think cals matter at ALL if you eat clean unless you are eating TOO little. You do proper cardio eat alot train harder thanever and eat good and big. you will be fine. If you feel you cant eat big. eat abunch of different vegetables. 1 potato 6 baby carrots 2 nice size brocoli peices straight from it raw. like big ass ones with klike 12 littlem ones in it. eat a LEAN steak i do that. eat good chicken BOIL it first to get ALL the soduim out. george foreman it. eggs always add 1 yolk I am just telling you I know how to eat. I think if you undereat you will over train. I need alot in me. I realized this. I am burning a shitload of calories. I am i swear to god. I know I have high BP my heart beats faster. Before I even took AAS. It did. I just felt the surge in testosterone made me feel more grown up. You know? I feel alot more grown up now. I do. I do have a good head on my shoulders I dont want to talk about my personaly life right now I am saying a message but. You can only undereat I really think so man. For real. I am on 600MG a week of test e an I was injectin prop like 5 days a week. 50mg then I went to 100mg I am gonna stop the prop this next thursday or friday becuase the test E kicked in by then.So I am also taking letro. But I think I do need to rest today and just eat honestly.
 
Bro your heart is strong and in the right place to become the best..

You still need to rest up a bit if you are feeling run down.

Maybe you have mono nucleosus(sp?)

Just rest up a bit. take a day or 2 at a spa or something nice just to relax.

You will be fine. You want to be a winner so I think you will be.. Just take a tiny break..

Why are you doing so much boxing? Even if you are training for a fight you don't do that much. Your burning yourself out an hour and half is plenty. Think about it even if you sparred 8 rounds and hit the heavybag for 10 rounds that is only a little over an hour. Give your body a rest.

whAt the hell did he just say?..... damn man take a deep breath and slow down a little. ill put it to you like this... rest whether you like it or not . if you dont soon you WILL crash from sheer exhaustion. you should think more along the lines of what your body needs more that what it is YOU like.

what up bro. Definately get some rest. Take 2-3 days off. Sleep in if possible. You will feel much better and i bet you will feel stronger in the gym. Dont take a week or 2 weeks off. That is too much. No matter what anyone says, you can overtrain while on AAS. But you will recover much faster from the overtraining. Almost everytime I overtrain, I get sick. Taking a couple days off now will prevent you from getting sick. If you keep going and get sick, you could lose all your gains and be out much longer!! Dont forget your muti vitamins/minerals, fish oil etc....
