I am too lazy to eat. I skip breakfast usually and will either drink coffee or drink Coke. I forgot to bring in my coffee mug this morning or else I'd be nailing the java in a big way.
Then at lunch I get some form of meat or fish and maybe some pasta too, usually either water or Coke with that.
At the very most that is 1000 calories, but I would say it is more likely to be around 500-700.
Then at night I either have some pasta and water with a few swigs of juice, or I just forget and then munch on a granola bar later.
If that pasta route, it is under 700 cals.
I am losing weight like a fiend, but I am amazed that I still have more muscle mass than I would have expected - surely not much - but more than I would have expected.
That and I am running roughly 5 miles a day, trying to get up over that.
I am at the point now where I need to make my diet better - before I was getting by on fat stores, but now I am seeing that I am probably nearing a problem in the way I eat.
So no crack for me.
