Hey Guys,
I am all snowed in here on the EAST coast. My classes are cancelled tommorow here at the Uni, but i think that means the gym is closed as well. I haven't lifted since friday and I have been trapped inside all day, I think I am going insane. I have a Bench Press comp on saturday, how the hell can I workout here at my house tommorow in order to keep the weight down and the muscles pumped???
Just looking for some creative ideas.
