I was wondering.. when do most of you do your work outs? everyday, every other.. and is it best for you morning or night?

I find I have more stamina in the morning, but this is hard with my daily schedule. Plus, its hard when you go alone and have no motivator there! It also is hard with the aches and pains after!! I should buy stock in motrin!

How often or if ever do you take a full work out to cardio, or fit it in between? Just getting a general idea! I am not changing anything I do. Just being curious!

Thanx! ~*D

I do mine when i feel like it unlease i have to set i time due to work, etc. You shouldent need a motivator, i know it might help, but you should be able to motivate yourself. Another thing is no pain no game even though i know ur a girl and all. Doing cardio should deal with what your trying to acomplish. I do little too know because im trying to gain 40 lbs., but in your place you should probly do about 20 min after everyworkout or on opposite days.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at about 5:30 pm (after work). I haven't done cardio since November but when I do it'll be Saturdays/Wednesdays at the track.

Try running before your workout. You will get blood flowing to
all your extremities and it will warm you up and start the sweat!

I agree with no pain no gain! The pain will get easier over time.
Your recovery time will become less as you get into shape. Diet is also
important for recovery!

I workout in the mornings, seems to help my anxiety throughout the day!
Once again how you eat is important to keep energy all day.

I run everyday and lift 3 days a week. I do abs on non lift days. with one
complete rest day. Usually saturday. This works well with MY schedule.
You will have to find ayour own best times. And if you cant motivate
yourself you might as well quit now. Treat everyday as starting over.

I lift weights after work, between 5pm and 7pm.....IF I am including cardio, it is either track work in the AM, these are sprints, but not 100% intensity because they blow me out and are hard to recover from...... or light olympic lifts and drills in the AM before work, kind of like a primer/recovery session for the day.......I can't throw around heavy iron in the mornings, I am too stiff and haven't eaten enough food at 5 or 6 AM.

i go to work late (after lunch), so i have the whole morning to workout. in any case i prefer morning workouts, and my work timings allow me to sleep till pretty late too (can't get out of bed early). i work out tues, thurs, sat, sun. i do a little HIIT after every workout. i've started a new layout, where i'll just do a little HIIT as i said during a loading cycle (6wks), one week of low volume lifting with more HIIT on the same 4 days, a week of deload (workout 2 days, no cardio except a little light warmup and warmdown which is negligible) and then repeat.
