Sneakers

I find that the bottom of my feet burn when I am doing kickboxing or any kind of leg press - right now I am wearing nike sneakers - any suggestions on the sneakers I should be wearing.

a good cross trainer or basketball shoe, preferably the cross trainer because they have better arch support
I personally like Adidas, but you can stay with nike if you like. New Balance also makes some nice shoes
you may want to look into an insole as well

this should help your burning feet

New Balance, the best shoes in the world. Although Asics are awesome too. They both have adequate arch support and lots of cushion. I still have my pair of 804s (over a yr and 1/2 old) and they are still comfortable and together.

Burn? Try some Desinex maybe.

Also, if they are really old shoes, you will have problems no matter what.

I use Nike Shox in the gym, train (run) with new balance and shox TL (shox going through the entire shoe), and race with the Nike Spiridons.

I agree that the NB are the most comfortable, but either your shoes are old or maybe you have an infection.

a year and a half, good god man, im lucky if mine last more than 6 months !!!

Yeah, and I used to do a good bit of trail running and I weigh 206lbs. The soles are getting less nubby, but there is still many miles left.

Paulo - no. No no no no no. No. Those shoes are trash, you should replace them.

For run training, try out some NB but give the Shox TL a try; they are designed for someone like you in mind.

Hey man, they fit my feet perfectly. But, I will be getting some new model ones soon. I tried out some shox for the hell of it, but I don't buy Nike anymore anyways.

I don't really do much trail running or running in general anymore though. But thanks for the suggestion.
