Can anyone suggest to me where I can go to find instruction on proper snatch/clean form????

Do a search on the Weight Training Board - "CCJ" has posted some cool vids in the past, both instructional and of olympic lifters.

Check out IronMind.com - they have some instructional videos, along with training hall/competition tapes.

well i suggest going to your local gym and asking if anybody knows. and im pretty sure most gyms come with a local phisical trianer. its better to have a visual demonstration than try to learn from some book
